I see the water drying up I see a lot of bugs. I hear the wind and the water moving. A lot of frogs and toads are all around the edges.

I'm amazed that you spotted that frog! Very lightly colored and blends in so well. It is definitely a gray treefrog. However, I think it's a female. At this time of year the males have been calling long enough that most have dark gray throats. The throat on this one is mottled with black and white which is normal for the species. Juveniles, females, and males outside the breeding season all have this type of throat pattern.
