I know that this isn’t Dasysiphonia because it has multiple cells in all parts of it.

This isn’t a red algae, also, the cell pattern is different, one flat piece with no branches.

This isn’t Dasysiphonia because it doesn’t have the axial growth pattern. Also, there are more than one cells in the offshoots.
