Field Notes
Today is May 24, 2012. I am from Massabesic Middle School and my teacher wanted me to identify one more plant on the schools campus. I chose to do my investigation on a plant that has a white flower on the top and leaves on the side. I chose to do my investigation on this plant because I have never seen a plant like it. It is muggy outside and it is very humid. It is 14.4ºc. The time is 11:15 and it is very cloudy outside. The soil is quite damp.

This leave was one of the leaves off the Bunchberry I found. It is round and simple like the ones on Bunchberry.

This photo shows that the length of the leaf is the correct length of the leaf of Bunchberry.

Nice work identifying Bunchberry! Your photos are really clear and nicely show the veins on the leaves. Now that you know what this plant is, I bet you'll notice it much more often!
